Create a new database with phpMyAdmin

I'm trying to create a new database in phpMyAdmin, but I don't know how.
I already have an already existing database with a lot of tables and I can create new tables.
I'm a little bit confused about the 'new database' option, because I don't know if it's like 'new table' or something different.

First you need to make a connection to the database.
Once you have done that, you can select the database you want to create in the upper left hand corner. There is a drop down box that says 'new'.
Then click on it. You will see a box pop up asking you to enter the name and the server. After that it should ask you for your credentials to continue. You can choose to use your existing user name and password.

"Color me … sunnier than a pumpkin"
It’s the middle of December, and
the weather is still a bit too warm for my liking.
I like sunshine. I don’t
mind cloudy skies. In fact, the more clouds, the better. But I feel like it’s
almost too hot out there, and it makes me more tired than usual.
I don’t feel like working on
my homework today. I don’t have much of an appetite for it either, so I opt for
reading.
My two favorite
books right now are, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and The Hobbit by
J.R.R. Tolkien. The Hunger Games is about a young girl named Katniss Everdeen, who is chosen to fight to the death
in a televised battle called the Hunger Games. The
best-selling books are set in a dystopian future where the country is divided
into twelve districts, and the winners of the games get a “tribute” from the
people in the other districts who have lost.
